Responsibility lies with the Town of Century for these improvements. Please do them. This is the third accident there in a just a few short weeks. One of the road signs is non reflective coming from the other direction. The Federal Highway Administration has guidelines that all signs were to be updated by Jan 2018. Some signs were updated there but more work needs to be done at this location. Too many people checking their cells phones, speeding, drinking and/or on drugs. Snapped downed power lines all up and down the road are not a joking matter, in this residential area with pedestrians close by the road and a beautiful jewel of a house on the corner.
