(Unknowingly, of course). Some kind of glitch in the DOT system. It seems to be way more common than people think. And kids, they unbuckle themselves constantly...at least mine did. It sounds like folks have the young lady guilty without hearing her side yet. "It is a folly to a man to judge a matter before he heareth it" And....we haven't heard it. I hope they make a quick recovery. Hmmmmm….I drove around on a suspended license for two years. (Unknowingly, of course). Some kind of glitch in the DOT system. I will admit I don’t know all the details so I reserve this to an “ if/then” statement just in case she was ticketed for a loose car seat or incorrect buckling or something. I think that all rights should be in question when a child’s safety is disregarded blatantly. Too many people in this world see their children and family as a paycheck and not the precious loved ones that need guidance and attention to become quality members of society. I hope investigation yields that she did properly buckle her children and facts were just misconstrued, but in the case that she did not she should be charged with neglect and possibly manslaughter if the child perished due to it’s injuries. She is d**n lucky that all of them even survived! My heart goes out to the children and I pray for a speedy recovery for ALL of them.
