These Teens are adjudicated as adults and face an adult sentencing. These types of juveniles are housed at the Escambia County Jail and not the Department of Juvenile Justice which is next door to the jail. Judge Bergosh is NOT the juvenile judge. Most all crimes involving Guns or Death by juveniles are adjudicated as adults and house at the Jail, not DJJ. He is hard on teens who commit crimes. Look at Marques Weathers who was not the shooter, but was there with the one who did the shooting. Weathers was give 50 years for just being there.
