I'm glad to see new pathways to careers besides college which has become so expensive, broad and unfocused so that graduates cannot find a job, don't feel competent to do the job, and are forced to accept low paying jobs that are inadequate to live on much less pay off student loans. I really feel that vocational and military training is a quicker path to a well paying job. However, until recently our vocational programs offered very few programs. So I'm glad to see this. However, I hope that Jay student aren't limited to the construction program only and can also go to other schools for the entrepreneur or hospitality training.
