In the Billings case, those charged knew a felony was to be committed — in that case armed robbery so they were part of the situation which could reasonably be foreseen as likely to result in a death. This says the shooting was due to an argument, so nothing presented qualifies others for felony murder.

Felony Murder:
“The statute also punishes as second degree murder the killing of another human being during the commission of a felony that is imminently dangerous to human life. Also, if the defendant was involved in the commission of a predicate felony, but the homicide was perpetrated by another co-felon, the defendant can be charged with second degree murder.”

I think they should be done they same way they did Troy and Dalton!!!! Let the punishment fit the crime for ALL of them!!!! They should be shot until DEAD then dumped in a creek and forgot about forever!!!! They had no remorse nor should the law with their consequences!!!! A life for a life they all had their hand in this horrible crime and they ALL DESERVE TO DIE!!!!
