Not too long ago several students kicked in the front door of an elderly neighbors home in the middle of the day stole a large amount of cash, jewelry and other valuables. I'm sure they are not all bad apples, but those rotten apples spoil the whole basket. Personally I am glad to see the school closed. This school is in my neighborhood and we have had several break-in robberies by the students at this school. When my child repeatedly struggled, (failed twice) with a mandatory class that was only taught by one teacher (and was expected to try again under the same teacher) at NHS this Charter School was our only option. My son did well (a B+), in the class under the guidance of the understanding teacher at Escambia Charter. Thank you Escambia Charter! I’m sorry to see this school close!
