Oh yeah, that will fly like a boid! The Seminoles must not have an interest in it. :) This will go over as good as trying to sue drug companies over the weaklings abusing opioids. I would imagine animal rights groups have been working for years to stop dog racing. If dog racing has to go, so must horse racing. What really would be best is have where no gambling of any kind happened except on Indian land, except as in the case of gambling boats that go offshore, outside state waters. This would also employ more people than just a building with machines inside it.
