Folks really have to step on the gas to get out from West Rd safely. Folks going East on Hwy 31 just normally are going to fast when topping the hill. Not saying that is the case in this tragedy! The real tragedy is this lost of life. The speed limit is 55 mph and then drops to 45mph and back up to 55mph at the top of the hill. This speed limit should drop to 35mph approaching the hill and West Rd from the west and continue to be that speed limit tilll you pass the Junk Yard. Just make our roads safe.
