it is AMAZING to me that they want a bill to LIMIT TERMS for SCHOOL OFFICIALS - but congressmen can RETIRE on our backs as long as they are voted in. And let's face it how many actually RESEARCH before they vote They are becoming millionaires from special interest groups year after year - i agree all public offices should be term-limited.

I'll be voting no to most of these proposals. I'll vote Yes for first responders because life insurance for their family will relieve some financial stress if their spouse were killed.

Not a fan of changing the Constitution. It's very hard to reverse these decisions and clearly they take awhile to get back to proposing the changes, 20 years is a bit long.

I agree, the State Constitution Revision Commission have bundled these issues in such a way that it's impossible to make meaningful choices. Please separate these amendments so voters can express how they really feel about these issues. EMPOWER THE PEOPLE OF THIS GREAT STATE to make choices that will truly make a difference in Florida. Let us all work together to make it an even more desirable place to visit, live, work and raise a family.

Looks like I’ll be voting No to proposals where part of the proposal should get a yes vote. These government idiots think we the people are stooges. Problem is, many people do not inform themselves before voting. And the tricks these swamp people pull do not help matters.

The "Lean Forward", goose stepping march to the Nanny State. Welcome Comrades as we legislate your life for you, cradle to grave. Case in point; In Amendment 8, who sets the definition of/for "Civic Literacy". And why are judges given omnificent powers in Amendment 6? "It would provide that judges or hearing officers should not necessarily defer to the interpretation of laws and rules by governmental agencies in legal proceedings". Does this not place them above the law?

Bundling is how cable companies get people to pay for services not needed or wanted. It’s deceptive marketing. Bundling different items for voting is no different.

Again our elected state Senators and Represenatives that we send to Tallahassee to take care of business have kicked issues to a committee so they can act like they didn’t have a say if the voting public doesn’t like the outcome.
They have shurked their responsibility – again.

There is no doubt that South FL controls the state by number of votes and even our district Senator and Governor proudly caved to the Soros financed and coached kid show with their “School Safety Law” that deprives people under 21 years old of constitutional rights.
Are guns like alcohol? If you can’t buy it, is it against the new law to have a gun in possession? Do you break the law to defend yourself against a violent person if you use a gun, like in London.
Some are comparing Florida to California. It’s getting harder to tell the difference.

When changes are made to the state constitution that is almost permanent and very hard to change regardless of future technology or needs.
We pay elected officials to take care of the kinds of things proposed as amendments. They have failed to take responsibility.

With the skimpy information given on these amendments there are only two that look on the surface to have any consideration.

#8 concerning schools, since public schools are failing to prepare students for the real world.
The last time I was called to jury duty I was talking to a young man that seemed very intelligent when how juries function were explaned when he said how very interesting that was. I asked him if he had not been taught Civics in school. He said, “No, what is civics.” Even high school grads working entry level jobs can not do simple math in many cases.

#12 since we know the abuses of office elected officials participate in that leads to huge wealth at our expense.

But only after seeing the total wording.
