constitutional amends should be a sacred thing not just anything some does or does not want. flordia has a very screwed up constitution and with all these amendments over the years it is impossible to follow.

Vaping and Oil Drilling are separate proposals P65 and P91 respectively. So why are they being lumped into one measure? Why would the state want to ban oil drilling in states waters considering the revenue received from such however. One would think this a way to help keep taxes lower.

More importantly, why are we proposing term limits for School Board members, with no such proposal for state legislators, or US Representatives from the state? I mean God forbid a school board member turn into a millionaire while holding office like our US Representatives do. Or, that yo-yos like Bill Nelson who votes party line forsaking state residents opinions every time, be allowed to serve on a school board for decades.

Then there is the lumping Greyhound Racing and Employee Citizenship Verification into one measure… What in the name of God does one of those have to do with the other, in the context of our constitution?

There should be a term limit on judges not something that allows them to stay longer. They complain of being stressed out, burnt out and over worked all the time. They should go after 12 years.

Surely I am reading this wrong:
37 people have decided that totally different subjects are to be combined on a proposed Constitution amendment!
If so this is the opposite of giving Florida citizens a choice. More like these 37 people are attempting to influence our vote.
If so this is completely unacceptable.
