My friend encountered the person and had to pull into ditch to avoid them along with about four other cars. That was at the Twin Bridges. She continued on until hitting someone. Why was the SUV going the wrong way? The wreck happened at mile marker 66, which is a mile before you get to Twin Bridges. This stretch of road is a straight-a-way.
