You probably don’t have to dig deep in order to find a financial connection between said approved applicants and the decision makers. It may be through mommas’ step brother but surely it’s there.

hmm. seems like an application to open a facility should be based on the financial ability to do so, running a check of assets, just like a bank loan officer would, should be the determining factor, not who filed first. you can’t hire doctors to administer the methodon’t if you haven’t got the cash. just my take, we’ll have to wait and see what mr. knowitall has to say about it.
