If a ballot proposal cannot stand on its own merit at the polls, and if proponents insist it needs to be bundled, I must automatically consider a ‘no’ vote for the bundle. It does a disservice to all other items in the bundle to avoid the single most negative proposal, and gets us nowhere. I’m with Diane ^^^.
