Justin, great sarcasm. Sorry some didn’t get it.

The FDOC website shows he had been in custody 4 times for the seven felonies.
1) Burglary of an unoccupied structure (12/21/2000 – 12/27/2003)
2) Aggressive Stalking/Willful fleeing/eluding LEO (10/13/2004 – 12/21/2010)
3) 2 Counts of Check Fraud and Grand Theft Auto (09/13/2012 – 02/22/2013)
4) Escape (06/13/2013 – 12/13/2017)

Since December 2000 through today, he has spent about 15 years in prison. He will most likely get sentenced to 20-30 years. What a wasted life.

Really Justin? Please enlighten everyone on how “stronger gun laws” would have any bearing on the actions of a 7 time, convicted felon possessing a stolen firearm. The current law says that he is not to be in actual or constructive possession of a firearm or ammunition… just one more law that he (and all criminals) don’t give 2 cents about!

@justin…. Stronger Gun Laws? Criminals break laws all of the time! That’s like saying with stronger laws people won’t do drugs or rob banks. A criminal will always find ways around it! Guns don’t shoot people, people do

with seven prior felonies at age 40, why is he out walking the streets? Could it be another failure of our criminal justice system to “rehabilitate” another person who can’t live within the law? Nope, it’s a failure of our justice system to keep someone who will NOT change how they do things behind bars for a period long enough to make a difference. Maybe he stay gone a while now……

Huh, 40 years old and 7 felony convictions and might be more coming, yeah let’s restore his rights. Wonder why he was charged with being in possession of the stolen firearm, if it was dope he would have been charged with possession.
