Prop 6002 is misleading you. Anyone on active duty military is already insured for death at no cost to them.In fact they can pay for additional coverage they so choose. Just another use of military to get a vote.

Tying the OIL DRILLING AND VAPING (Proposal 6004) together is a travesty of this body's responsibilities. These are two very different issues and should be treated as such. Looks like they are trying to hedge their bet on getting enough people to approve either issue and cumulatively have enough votes to pass both of them. Both these issues could, and should be handled by the legislature, and not be made a part of the State Constitution. With the exception of a few of these other issues that are already in the Constitution, they should also be handled by the elected legislature.
