I guess the fella who shot at his neighbor and was out of jail with low bond, and this guy spending months in jail for taking a knife and a meal........with high or unobtainable bond tells me the whole story. I have never been hungry, no money, no job, and no hope, so I am not so sure that I would not have piled the food on not knowing when I would eat next.
