This had to be one of the most passionate, concerned and caring physicians I ever worked with while I was employed at the hospital in Flomaton for 7.5 years. He gave, gave and gave to the community and I did admire this man as a friend and as a physican. May he rest in peace and his family know that he was kind, compassionate and a very capable physician who gave himself to the community he served. I will miss you Dr. Van but you will never be forgotten by me.
