Either the known dealers and users, in The Village or Club Villa (as spray painted with blue paint on the roads as drug house indicators ) are informants for the law, or the ECSO just doesn’t care about the good people and families safety.
We have reported domestic violence on multiple occasions (where the stabbing occurred just a few weeks ago) and IF and officer shows up, it is not addressed as an urgent matter . They may drive around the neighborhood 20-30 minutes or greater.
I ask myself often …….

@Sue, they won’t clean it up. If they run them out of our lower income area, they will relocate in, or closer to better areas! Now, We can’t have that sort of thing going on in higher tax base areas.

He may have been a buyer. That would still involve dealing with drugs, but may have been buying poison to satisfy an addiction rather than selling to enrich himself.

And some drugs are not as inherently harmful as others. Going outside the law puts many outside the law’s protection. For example, many crimes are ignored because criminal activity was initially involved — or thought to have been.

Anyway, people who are harmed other than in self-defense or to defend others are still victims even if it is harder for us to sympathize with them.

Our friends children were playing outside next door to this house when that took place! That is a crime in itself. They should not be able to walk free just for that reason alone

I live in the village been here for over 25 years right down the road from the guy who got shot and right down the road from the people who did this. There are at less 4 drug dealing that live in the neighborhood and to many addicts to count. Why is taking so long for the COPS/DEA to bust them and clean this neighborhood buck up. They did a meth bust back in 2011 and 2013 it was big now come do this one.,..

In cases like these isn’t the True Victim those of us who attempt to live good lives and who obey the laws and Do No Harm?
I find it hard to think of any drug dealer as a “victim”.

Thankfully, no LEO or others reported injured.
