IF she is insured, then she should have stuck around to make it right for those who she injured and damaged. If not, she should still have stuck around to make sure no one was injured and to get help if they were. Karma. Since she "hit and ran", she now has a whole score of other charges added to simply hitting someone - that was the only unintentional mistake in this situation. The running part was a pure choice on her part - and she's paying for it now. People making comments about it is part of the price. If she's smart, she'll teach her children not to do what she did.
