The town doesn't have the resource and it they spend a ton of money to abate it entirely and then just attach the lien to it and back taxes or it will sit there empty forever. The reasonable and I think the only solution is to ask then to take it and hope that they will. If they own it then they can put it to some kind of use. Then and only then can this CRA begin to start to function and Century continue to recover.
