But I'm sure the city was given time to correct the issue. Keep your chin up Century. Good things are bound to come here soon...... the mayor and council will have to hustle, there's a lot of years of neglect to make up for. Come to think of it, the only council woman that has come around and spoken to us about the city was Mrs. Nadine McCall. If he is on the payroll he has failed the people of Century. Attorneys are not there in case you get in a legal problem or tort. If so you need to fire him and get one on staff who understands municipal law. Good government basically follow a system of laws, codes, ordinances. Perhaps a qualified city manager that can also be a municipal accountant--Some one on staff and not an elected official-- Some one with a degree in public administration.
