Bratt Elementary has 514 students who have the potential to make great changes in their community. Encourage your child, church groups and family to find a project, no matter how small, and put it into action. (It can be as simple as donating a book.) Developing a love for reading very early in life can have a life long impact. Please get a book and spend time with your children reading and communicating and having fun. A special thank you to parents for bringing the students to the dedication, Bondurant Lumber and Hardware for constructing the libraries, Escambia Parks and Recreation for allowing the library and installing it and North Escambia for covering the story and having great enthusiasm for reading. Bratt Elementary students and faculty enjoyed filling the libraries with books! This was a wonderful project that all students enjoyed.
