The difference between thugs with guns and concealed carry folks is that the concealed carry folks usually target practice at gun ranges and can hit what they are shooting. We have police because we have crime. Just because you have police does not mean crime stops if that were the case we would only need one officer for the entire country. Police cant be everywhere at once.
