Why is there always a call for someone to resign or be fired when a mistake is made? There could be other factors involved or just a misjudgment of speed/distance. Give the guy a break already. Bus Driver Vaughn, maybe, in the next 5 or 10 years, you might start thinking about retirement. I am sure you are a great bus driver, with a long career of accident free up to now service, but there is a time to come to completion and enjoy your latter years doing the things you like.
