I feel blessed to have had the chance to get to know him a bit through my school's annual Veterans program/reception. This year, he told me that he would be 99 the next time I got to see him. When I asked him if he would like for me to go ahead and give him his invitation for the next 2 years, he laughed and said yes! He will definitely be missed by all of us here at Perdido Elementary/Middle School. Mr. Norris was such a wonderful character.
