Regarding the further reduction on business lease taxes, is there any impact report available on the past reductions of these taxes? What was Florida’s ROI, how many businesses sustained operations and how many new businesses came to Florida as a result of the previous reductions?
How does Florida compare to the rates used by the competing states (Georgia, S. Carolina, etc).
I ask the same about the rent tax reduction. In addition, will the reduction of the rent tax be an incentive to raise rents, which would still raise the cost of doing business in Florida?

These tax cuts are good for the state of Florida especially in light of the recent storms we have had. Aircraft sales tax removal I support because of Reagan type “trickle down” economics for all those is in the airline and tourism industries.
