We've noticed dark lines on the roads and high bridges. Was as if a tanker truck was leaking but like from an agricultural spray bar with parallel sprayers. Today saw a medium size tank truck with spray bar spraying something on the approach to the interstate and followed by a FLDOT pickup with flashing light. We wonder if this is a deicer put down in prep for this cold icy weather. Do you know a source to find out what is really going on? Thank you, Anne William….
