"Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office detention deputy." He works for the Sheriff's Office, and they enforce the laws which end with, "You stay here for the next 10 years," and suchlike. I don't understand what value it has" It allows identity theft with things like social security numbers, addresses owned but them not home to stop burglars, medical condition. Most people don't want every detail of their lives known to every creep on Earth. Just because you or I couldn't or wouldn't misuse the information is not the same as saying nobody could or would.
