Quinn is probably bearing the brunt of the homicide charges if he was identified as having been the main impetus for the shooting by being armed himself or leading the invasion in some capacity. The story also says the invasion may have been drug related so that also could be a contributing factor, dealing or doing certain drugs can cause alot of disagreeable actions between two parties in a short period of time.
