		<description>What a great philosophy, Ms. Ross. You are so right. Teachers need to  demonstrate with examples through language and actions and dress.  You truly are deserving of this award.

I think it is fabulous that you have been able to launch a school snack store and student-run credit union. I only wish ALL high schools had administration and teacher leadership to do the same.</description>
