Erica, Jennifer is diabetic, has been since she was a very young child. Im pretty confident that’s why she went blind, unmanaged diabetes. Her blindness doesn’t give her the right 2 sell drugs! I don’t understand all the comments about her being a good person/mom?! To provide for her kids she was selling poison 2 someone else’s kid! Besides having her kids around all those drugs, etc doesn’t sound like a good mom 2 me! There’s always other options, she just chose the easier way! Just because u come from a good family, go to church, doesn’t make u good person, just means she should’ve known better!

Oh yea supporting the local economy, buy local, sell local – she wasn’t a farmer selling produce and beef to local restaurants – and while were at it, a legally blind person doesn’t need to be taking potshots at the customers trying to rip her off – so all of you coke heads, pillbillies, and tokers that are defending her go ahead and locate another source- the blind mom and pop store is out of business…

Or at least now you know there are those wanting to forgive law-breaking, just as Jesus forgave sins.
And you know there are some who disagree with those who insist the charges should be ignored because she is a woman or not from the ghetto.

AND you get to condemn those who oppose selective prosecution or those who claim we are all current or former potheads because they were or are.

I knew her 20 years ago as an acquaintance and she wasn’t blind then so when did she become blind?? Regardless we all struggle to provide for our families but we go to WORK and get second jobs we don’t resort to selling drugs…..these people taking up for her are absolutely ridiculous I wonder if they realize how stupid and ignorant they sound.

Now people’s kids will have to go to the ghetto to buy their drugs? Gary, she is the GHETTO! The problem with society and the media is how drug dealers are portrayed and publicized. Do you really think more money is made in low income areas? More drugs are sold and harbored in the suburbs and affluent neighborhoods then low income areas but they are always doing the drug busts in poverty stricken areas. I wonder why. Maybe because they don’t want their neighbors, brothers, sisters, and coworkers to have a felony and become an embarrassment.

Wow!

28.5 grams of cocaine, 730.6 grams of marijuana and 150 hydrocodone pills. Several firearms and ammunition and nearly $18,000 in cash.

The only blind people I see are the ones who think she isn’t getting what she deserved. If she is so blind what would she need with a gun anyway, she wouldn’t be able to aim it…..

@Gary, I have NEVER smoked pot or done any illegal drugs. When I was 18, I knew an albino guy in college who would smoke pot in his dorm room. He would offer me some, but I always declined. He was legally blind, could not drive. But for me you can’t say that everybody does it. Many people choose not to and I should not have to tolerate that stuff around me if I don’t want it.
