		<description>Maybe someone will cover the &quot;reduced speed limit signs&quot; for the next 1.5 weeks since there wont be anyone out there working.  Oh wait, since that would make sense, likely wont happen.  They will add more barrels and flashing lights so the out of town travels will slow even more.</description>
