@ Carl

Chief Deputy Eric Haines of the ECSO was quoted recently saying that Funding is not the problem, there's plenty of money, the real problem is being able to keep deputies.

To me:
1-- if Haines says there's plenty of funding for pay then why aren't the deputies getting that from the sheriff.
2---if Haines says the problem is keeping deputies then what is the reason they are leaving at an alarming rate?

Perhaps there needs to be an investigation into the leadership of the ECSO.
One starting point would be to interview the deputies who are no longer employed and find from them the REAL reason for their leaving.

APS Waste owner used social media to reach out for assistance when other means were telling him it may be a considerable time before they could investigate.
Thanks to Alert Citizens and a Concerned Public the equipment was located across the state line in Alabama. According to reports the Baldwin County Sheriff Dept was of great assistance.
We are finding out each day and incident that WE the People must be more responsible for and prepared to protect our homes, families, property as the criminal element expands in our backyards.
ECSO needs to find why the sworn deputies are leaving at such a high rate and put a halt to whatever is that cause.
