Suspect in burglaries, already has an open warrant, led police on a chase through three counties in two separate states…

And tattooed up the neck to boot.

Of all of those, exactly which one would lead us to think “Oh, this guy is normal.”

All of that stuff listed in the story and the guy that notices the *jailhouse tats* is the one being called judgmental…
