Most PWC operators are responsible and don't break the law. A few, however, give the rest of them a bad name. In Florida, it is illegal to "play" in a passing boat's wake. We see this quite often, as we're on the water a good bit. It would be nice to see some tickets issued for that violation as well. Kudos to Officer McHenry for the PWC intervention.
