Single accident, no passenger, no matter. They want to know why this death happened. Was it a faulty tire, airbag, DUI, ran off the road. Too many lawsuits and lawyers to not have an investigation. Any time a person dies under circumstances like this, it is by definition, homicide. The FHP has jurisdiction and has to investigate to try and determine exactly why this happened. I lost my little brother in a farming accident and while it was tragic for our family, it was just as horrible for his friend that was w/ him. It wasn't his fault, it was an accident. My Mama worried about my brother's friend until her last days. My prayers are with the Meadows family as well as the Williams family. Lord have mercy on both families.
