Please report any gas stations that you see with prices over what they were on Monday when the state of emergency was announced. Gas stations must, by Florida law, stay within an average of the last 30 days before the state of emergency was declared. Most of these that are violating are little mom and pop gas stations and have prices higher by at least 15 cents then they did on Monday. This is illegal and will continue unless you report them at the number above. I've seen two in Cantonment and one in Pensacola on Pine Forest Road. Report and stop this nonsense! I've already reported the three I've seen and got a swift response from the office that handles this. It's illegal. 1-866-9-NO-SCAM.
