I cant be the only 1 that notices this. I'm also willing to bet its from the lack of fire safety and prevention awareness and the lack of smoke detectors being in every home. It should be law that every home is required to have Atleast 2 smoke alarms. 1 in the living/dining area and 1 in or near the sleeping quarters. Escambia county has a smoke detector progam for its residents who dont have smoke alarms im unsure if Santa Rosa does.
