Don’t know why they closed. There seemed to be a lot of cars there often and and ECSO presence parked there, too bad. May not have been economic reasons at all. May have been a personal decision. Who knows?

But that is a very nice, revamped building there with a very large parking lot now open to lease.

What people do not seem to understand is Century has a bustling Business District. Food Giant, Auto Parts Store with the best Mechanic in the area, Dollar Stores, Lottery, Certified Public Accountant and yes now revamped Odom’s bar under new owner ship Nail Salon etc.

Brings in people from all over.

It is bustling and alive and well at this location. It should reflect this image.

Why do you let old carpet hang on a fence at this location? Or the Family Dollar have growth in the old retention Pond head high? And more!

Don’t let a few mug shots or council meetings article or picture of tornado debris characterize the town. Last I looked 12 K cars come through a year.
What is happening with the 50 K Money for Economic Development that was not given to the Chamber?

Broaden your horizons.

Open your eyes.

Clean up the Gateway.

Okay, well said.
You’d have thought investors would have considered that before opening up.
Guess with little to attract outsiders to Century there’s little support for much.
Really that is the most sad part.
