The rest is icing on the cake, and the incorporation status enables them to do other things. Yes the antics are interesting, They are just regular folks stepping up to the plate. Hope they get the drainage grants, it is really low over in those places, hope it's a ditch not another skeeter pond though, even so these smart people will stock the ponds ..even if we don't vote to decorate them for the tourists..
