Sidewalks aren't the answer as complained about on social media. How about people not walk in the ROAD in the DARK wearing dark CLOTHES. AGAIN I'm NOT BEING UGLY this was a freak accident I don't wish it to happen on ANYONE. But PLEASE teach your children how to be SAFE when out after dark.
