My own family suffered through the pain of Alzheimers with my Dad so I know some of the journey this family has been on. I hope that the family finds peace and comfort in the days to come. I knew Ronny as a great friend and a Christian brother. I even had the pleasure of going along with him on several of his famous fishing trips. My two sons, Steven and David, enjoyed those trips also. They enjoyed getting to know Ron. Ronny Hoffman was one of the smartest men that I have ever known. I believe with all of my heart that he is now in the presence of Jesus Christ. Rest in peace my friend. We know that in heaven there is no more pain or sickness. I taught his youngest daughter, Mel, while there. Mr. Hoffman was a great teacher and a good, good man. It really was an honor to know him. My sincerest condolences to all of his family.
