What a shock! I never met Greg Evers but wrote him and was overjoyed with his support for 4h and the North Escambia members that pushed for a new 4H facility. His concern for North Escambia was genuine . He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his loved ones.

He was truly a great man I remember him through mayor Evelyn and mayor Freddie they both had nothing but good things to say, great things to say in fact about him. My condolences to family he was a wonderful servant of the people. A true champion for the disenfranchised. The town of century Will Remember You!

My prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I had the opportunity of meeting him in July. He had such a great Spirit and heart when it came to the underserved people in the communities. His presence will be greatly missed.

So sorry for the loss of Sen. Evers. He done alot of great work in Florida as my husband was a correctional officer/ sergeant in Flordia for 16 years. This is such heartbreaking news all will in our thoughts and prayers!
