The settlement of $90,000 is ridiculously too low. Hopefully Cain and his wife will seek more compensation. Mr. Cain will be experiencing life long pain and suffering from his injuries. I can testify to that because of injuries received in an accident. There was no settlement. All these attorneys and wanna be medical persons, don't have a clue what an accident victim will suffer in their lifetime. It's all speculation on their end.
