It was attempted probably because she was trying to kill her mom by running her over. The deputy was near the mother and was also injured. Therefore the state charged her with 2 counts.

How are Brenda Gonzales and officer Timyron Young doing? My grand daughter was the little girl in the home and I thank God she wasn’t hurt. I have not been able to see her since she was a Year old. A lot of problems in this home. I truly wish thing’s could have been difficult. May God bless them and watch over Timyron and Brenda.

Attempted murder is exactly that “attempted”. She “attempted” to murder the victims but ended up severely injuring them instead. The criminal charges are based on intent. Since they have not died yet, the charge is listed as Attempted Homicide. I’ll be praying for all the deputy, the civilians and their families.

People, it was premeditated because she was aiming to hit her mother! They were in a domestic dispute when law enforment was called. She hit her mother, and the others. From what I hear she has a Long history with her mother..

The article does not indicate, or imply, any connection between Ms Perkins, LE and the owners of the house?

This is my ex daughter in law. I raised my granddaughter the first year of her life and at one point had custody of her. My heart just hurts so much for my granddaughter. I literally moved away from Pensacola because of their madness. She was gotten away with too much. I need to know what I legally can do??

Her charges are detailed in the story above. Please read it.

I did read the article, then I looked at the Jail website and it shows 2 counts of 1st degree premeditated murder, so I was just checking.
