SCOTT what about raises for local level??? you need to crack the whip on the Escambia county commissioners, shady creatures they are. They get riasies but sure don't want any local leo or support staff to get any raises. Guess Escambia county can just keep training them to go else where to get more money. Hey commissioners ever consider that? Escambia county spends more training these people to get experience to go else where... count that in your we don't have money attitude. bet if you paid em better they'd stay here and there would be less turn over. as for Sheriff Morgan, you don't need all your videographers, news clerks, news personalities, a secretary that never answers the phone and when does is obviously a useless blonde,, and clueless majors and that Craig guy that tells everyone how important he is to you.
