“the terms are made clear” Not to elderly disabled couples that live from hand to mouth on a disability check. No these people don’t prey on the average person we know what a scam they are running and to get money from one of these places you need to be in a seriously desperate place….like many elderly and disabled people are.
My in-laws would go every month pay off their loan with their disability check then need to go the next day to take out the same loan. It was costing them 1000.00 a month out of their combined 1400.00 disability checks. Once they got started they could never get it paid off because the interest was so high it would leave them with nothing to pay bills by food and medicine with. My father in-law passed away and that finally paid his off. I point blank told them my mother in-law would not be paying hers off because they were illegally holding a posted dated check and good luck with that in a court of law. They left her alone after that and stopped harassing her BECAUE WHAT THEY DO IS ILLEAGLE.

These cash advance business provide a service to those who need it. I have no problem with them operating ,however I do have a problem with the amount of interest they charge. It’s time for our law makers to put a stop to this kind of robbery. The interest payments sometimes are three/four times of the loan. That is pure robbery in it’s self.
