Bad photos from the camera. I wouldn’t be able to identify the person if I knew him. David H Green is right. OMGosh and 15 days later the report is out on this dude. He could have left the area by now.

Just a suggestion: Keep a camera closer to eye level recording those entering and leaving stores in hopes of good pictures coming and going for purposes of better, faster identification.
