As a registered sex offender he should have been fixed and not be allowed to get anyone pregnant to begin with. I know him personally and know that he is abusive.Not sure why It didn’t Happen sooner that he wasn’t back in jail.I feel for the girl And all for his parents But he is not Ready for society And probably never will be.

I knew the laws are different for pregnant women In Florida. Here it is: the crime of Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Person is classified as a Second Degree Felony punishable by up to fifteen (15) years in prison, fifteen (15) years of probation, and a $10,000 fine.

Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Person is assigned a Level 7 offense severity ranking under Florida’s Criminal Punishment Code and, absent grounds for a downward departure sentence, a judge is required to sentence a person convicted of Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Person to a minimum sentence of 21 months in prison, but may also sentence the person up to fifteen years in prison.
