 question for ya there Nana,  unless i just totally just misread your response, it kinda seems like you were being a smart### there, not saying you are. now i dont know who you are but  i probably could find out, but be real clear on your comment it can go either way as followed :

 Example#1. What a blessing for Century, Good Bye Regi. Congratulations David! (century had a good man to be a chief for that long and beyond his way to help the community and we appreciate everything you have done and congratulations David you will make an excellent chief)
                  -----OR-----

Example#2.What a blessing for Century, Good Bye Regi. Congratulations David! (it&#039;s about time that regi is no longer the chief century is better off without him. Congratulations David for the fire chief position you&#039;ll be better.
